Acrobits Softphone app
Acrobits Softphone works on both Android and iPhone.
You’ll receive your login details (username, password and server address) from us when you order the service.

Install the app
Find Acrobits Softphone on Google Play or the App Store and install it.
Important! When you open the app for the first time, allow it to send notifications and use the microphone – otherwise it won’t work properly.

Add your account
On the main screen, tap the settings icon: on Android go to Settings → Accounts, on iPhone to SIP Accounts. Tap +, choose New SIP Account (or Generic SIP Account) and fill in the fields:

Save
Save: on Android tap the tick, on iPhone tap Done. Tap Back a few times to return to the main screen. If the account icon in the top-left corner is green, registration was successful and you’re ready to call.
